若者と老害ちょうど中間世代だが
年功序列って
若者が年長者を敬いつつ顔を立てる
そんな若者を年長者は可愛がりあらゆる方法で守ろうとする
これが本来の姿だろう

今の老害連中が嫌われるのは
年長者本来の義務を果たさず若者を見下し
一方的に自分らのうまみを要求してばかりだからだろうが
